SERVICES

• Liaise with the agent / client in the set up of your Contract Agreement.
• Invoice your client / agent based on your advices (timesheet, expenses etc...)
• Monitor receipt of funds invoiced / due.
• Provide account information instantly from our fully computerised systems.
• Act on your instructions regarding the onward transmission of funds received.
• Provide a printout / schedule of receipts and payments on request.
• We can also provide a facility for short-term contracts or ‘one-off” invoices.

Banking : We operate the latest real-time banking software which effectively enables us to offer full bank facilities from our own office. On receipt of cleared funds, we will action your instructions same day (subject to banking cut-off times). Most Sterling (GBP£) payments can now be in your account same day with no bank charge, if your bank uses the FPS (Faster BACS) system. Building Society accounts may take the standard 2-3 days transfer time.

Priority transfers:  (CHAPS, or SWIFT for foreign currency) can reach your account before close of business ‘same day’, but there is a bank charge of £30. Extra time should be allowed for currency exchanges, although we do manage to complete most main currency (Euro, US Dollar) exchanges same day. Payments that miss cut-off times will be sent next day.
